VPNUK Connection Software v1.2.2 (Release Date: 02 June 2021)

VPNUK have developed our own pre-configured, auto updating VPNUK connection assistant software which will assist you in making a connection to the VPNUK service in just a few clicks. VPNUK v1.2.2 is an easy to use, all in one connection manager. VPNUK v1.2.2 was released in June 2021. Connections through OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, IKEv2 are currently possible, WireGuard® will be automatically integrated into the software suite in the coming weeks. Every time an update is made available to the software or connection, users will be prompted to auto update, this ensures you will always have the very latest version of our software and VPN connection.

VPNUK v1.2.2 is an all in one, feature rich, VPN connection management solution, it ensures users are able to add unlimited connection profiles, and change VPN server location. You can easily switch between the available connection protocols and ports, including obfuscated connections. Other options include, Kill Switch, Third Party DNS Routing, and MTU alterations. The Quick Launch screen ensures switching between connection profiles and connecting to your VPNUK account can be accomplished quickly and easily. Setting up your connection is very straight forward with VPNUK v1.2.2. We are also available around the clock to assist you install and setup this software through our Live Help and Remote Assistance service.

Users in countries where strict online restrictions exist can choose to connect to the VPNUK service through an obfuscated connection, this connection protocol has been configured to work alongside an OpenVPN connection and will protect you against DPI attempts. Specifically designed to assist anyone suffering problems with network restrictions or strict firewalls blocking VPN connections. We strongly recommend a VPNUK obfuscation connection if you connect to the VPNUK service from the Middle East, China or any other country or network that has strict internet access policies in place.

VPNUK Connection Assistant v9.0

The VPNUK Connection Assistant v9.0 is the original  pre-configured, self updating ‘All in One’ Connection Software for all 32 and 64 bit Windows versions for connections over PPTP and L2TP/IPSec. This software has recently been updated to version 15.0 but it still works really well, if you are having any problems running v15.0 on your computer you are more than welcome to use this software. Our software is very easy to setup and configure. In order to setup the software just enter your login details and choose your server from the availability list. AnyConnect for Windows

VPNUK has compatibility and support for Cisco AnyConnect VPN connections. This connection provides an SSL VPN, that utilies TLS and DTLS for secure session establishment, and is compatible with the CISCO AnyConnect SSL VPN protocol.

OpenConnect is an SSL VPN connection which was originally written as a replacement for Cisco’s proprietary AnyConnect SSL VPN client, which is supported by several routers. OpenConnect uses a protocol compatible with AnyConnect’s SSL protocol.

TunnelBlick for Mac OS X

VPNUK recommends Tunnelblick for connections through OpenVPN, you can also increase your online protection by using the VPNUK Eclipse connection type which offers an obfuscated connection.

Tunnelblick is a free OpenVPN client that is very easy to install and setup, TunnelBLick only requires you to import our pre-configured OpenVPN profile into TunnelBlick.

VPNUK recommends our VPNUK Eclipse connection for additional DPI protection!
We have developed the VPNUK Eclipse service, this service has been configured with obfuscation to work with an OpenVPN connection. Specifically designed to assist anyone suffering problems with DPI, network restrictions or strict firewalls blocking VPN connections. The setup tutorial will guide you through the whole setup procedure for creating a regular OpenVPN connection, we will then show you how to enable the VPNUK Eclipse service. We strongly recommend this type of connection if you connect to the VPNUK service from the Middle East and China..

Tomato OpenVPN Configuration

We have pre-configured the connection settings with Tomato routers which makes the configuration of the OpenVPN connection very easy. OpenVPN is the recommended connection for Tomato compatible routers connecting to the VPNUK service. There are only a dozen or so routers compatible with Tomato firmware, please check the router database on the Tomato website for more information.
